The State of Qatar expressed its deep sadness and regret over the horrific shooting incident which took place in an elementary school in the state of Texas in the United States of America and led to deaths and injuries. In a statement today, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs expressed the State of Qatar's strong condemnation of this heinous crime, and reiterated Qatar's firm position on rejecting violence and criminal acts, regardless of the motives and reasons. The Ministry expressed the State of Qatar's condolences to the families of the victims, and to the government and people of the United States of America, wishing the injured a speedy recovery.
