Doha, Qatar: Qatar Airways, in a statement, said that passengers with a confirmed booking with a travel date between February 28, 2026 and March 10, 2026 are eligible for complimentary date changes of up to 14 days from the original travel date, or a refund of the unused value of their ticket.

The national carrier explained that it is currently experiencing high call volumes, so wait times may be longer than usual, while advising passengers to contact them if they are travelling within the next 48 hours.

If the booking was made through a third-party website or a travel agent, Qatar Airways asked to reach out to them for further assistance.
