Prime Minister attends IATA Annual General Meeting and World Air Transport Summit opening

Under the patronage of HH the Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani, HE the Prime Minister and Minister of Interior Sheikh Khalid bin Khalifa bin Abdulaziz Al-Thani attended Monday morning the opening of the 78th Annual General Meeting of the International Air Transport Association (IATA) and the World Air Transport Summit, held at the Sheraton Doha Hotel. The opening was attended by a number of their excellencies ministers, heads of regional and international organizations, IATA members, and a number of guests of the country. The opening also included speeches by HE Minister of Transport Jassim bin Saif bin Ahmed Al Sulaiti, HE CEO of Qatar Airways Group Akbar Al Baker, and Director-General of IATA Willie Walsh.
