Permits of farmhouses violating terms of usage to be cancelled: MME

The Ministry of Municipality and Environment (MME) has notified all farmhouse permit holders that legal actions will be taken to withdraw the permits of the farmhouses if found violating the farmhouse usage terms. The permits of farmhouses not being used for animal rearing also will be terminated, MME said. The Ministry had already withdrew the permit of a farmhouse located in the Simsima compound which displayed a 'for-sale' announcement which was in direct violation of terms of usage and contract, MME said in a tweet Tuesday.
