Doha: The Amir HH Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani inaugurated the opening of the first ordinary session of the first legislative term corresponding to the Shura Council's 50th annual session, at the Council's headquarters this morning.

Following is an unofficial translation of HH the Amir's speech at the Opening of the Advisory Council First Ordinary Session of the First Legislative Term Corresponding to the Fiftieth Annual Session:
