Online registration in government schools begins Sunday

The Ministry of Education and Higher Education (MoEHE) has announced the opening date for early registration for public school students for the academic year 2021-2022. The ministry explained that registration is available from August 1 to August 15, 2021 through the e-portal on the ministry's website at this link, adding that no requests will be received manually, and registration will be online only. In order to facilitate the process, MoEHE clarified that requests for support and assistance related to registering students in public schools will be received, starting Sunday Aug. 1st, where the parents can visit the Ministry's staff at Jassim bin Hamad Hall in MoEHE's Tower in the West Bay area for support. The ministry will also receive public inquiries by calling the hotline 155, and through various social media.
