Saskatchewan, Alberta and Prince Edward Island are bracing for continued Omicron surges, while Quebec and Ontario are seeing some easing in the daily rate of hospital admissions.
The Omicron-fuelled fifth wave of the COVID-19 pandemic appears to be peaking in some provinces, while others say the worst is likely still to come.
