OG Anunoby earned record Knicks contract with Game 1 takeover
NY Post
BOSTON — The Knicks were dead in the water, a floundering fish. They trailed by 20 midway through the third quarter and carried the weight of not only facing the defending champions but also that winless record in the regular season against the NBA’s top teams.
The Knicks could’ve easily folded. They probably should’ve folded given the circumstances.
Full disclosure: I expected them to fold. I was crafting a story around a 1-0 series deficit.
Then OG Anunoby took over.

SAN DIEGO — As you may have seen elsewhere in this newspaper (and also if you haven’t deleted me yet from your social media), I have a book coming out Tuesday called “The Bosses of The Bronx.” Much of it details the 37 years’ worth of antics, winning, losing, winning again and overall mania of George Steinbrenner’s time with the Yankees.
