The much-awaited initial public offering of FSN E-Commerce Ventures Limited, the parent company of popular online platform Nykaa, opened for public subscription on Thursday. The IPO will close for subscription on November 1.

The Rs 5,352 crore IPO will be a mix of fresh issue of equity shares and an offer for sale by its existing promoters and investors. It is one of the largest IPOs in 2021 so far.
