Monday to be humid, hot

The Weather inshore until 6pm on Monday will be hazy at places at first and that may become humid and hot with some clouds, the Department of Meteorology said in its daily weather report. Offshore will be hazy and some clouds at times, the report added. Wind inshore will be variable less than 5 knot becomes mainly northeasterly 5 to 15 knot. Offshore, it will be variable mainly southeasterly to northeasterly 3 to 12 knot reaches 18 knot in eastern area at times. Visibility will be 4 to 8 kilometers decreasing to 3 kilometers or less at places at first. Sea state inshore will be 1 to 2 feet. Offshore it will be 1 to 3 feet, rises to 5 feet in eastern areas at times.
