Doha, Qatar: The Ministry of Commerce and Industry (MoCI) is committed to promote digital transformation and advance its electronic services to support the country’s business environment and increase its attractiveness for domestic and foreign investments.
MoCI’s Single Window platform witnessed significant development with 13 new electronic services launched since the beginning of 2025 to streamline procedures and bring services closer to users.
The total number of transactions processed reached 72,500 until the third quarter of the last year, 89 percent of which were completed electronically through the Single Window platform. The customer satisfaction rate for these services reached 94 percent reflecting the growing trust of users in the platform.
It also raised compliance with service-level agreements with government entities to 83 percent.
The key achievement of the Commercial Affairs sector in last year shows an increase of 81.5 percent in the number of main and branch commercial records compared to the same period in 2024.
