Doha, Qatar: The Centre for Legal and Judicial Studies (CLJS) of the Ministry of Justice has organized two training courses for a number of jurists in various ministries and government agencies from June 30 to July 4, covering skills of authentication and authentication of documents, and combating crimes related to public job .

The first training course, "Skills for Documentation and Authentication of Documents," aims to develop the legal and practical skills of participants in the field of document authentication, authentication, controls, methods of proof and history, by explaining the general provisions for authenticating and authenticating documents and their effects in light of the law, and introducing the legal provisions related to authenticating agencies and company incorporation contracts. 

Commercial, knowledge of the rules for proving the authenticity of official and customary types of documents and the provisions related to their forgery, and reviewing the provisions of electronic authentication and the duties of the authentication service provider to enhance the electronic signature.

The second training course deals with "combat crimes related to the public office," and develops the skills of the public employee in the field of combating crimes related to the public job and public money by introducing the types of crimes related to the public job that occur against public funds, the negative effects on the national economy, and raising awareness of the damages resulting from assault on public funds. 

Public money and its embezzlement, and the resulting corruption that harms the public interest, explaining the role of legal and supervisory authorities in combating administrative corruption, and defining the types and procedures of investigation into public office crimes.
