Mike McDaniel gives blunt answer as Jalen Ramsey trade drama spirals: ‘Don’t give a s–t’
NY Post
Jalen Ramsey’s future with the Dolphins doesn’t concern Mike McDaniel.
Miami and the star cornerback have been mutually exploring trade options for nearly two months now, yet no deal has been made. Is McDaniel surprised?
“I don’t give a s–t about what I feel,” the Dolphins head coach said. “I don’t even really go down that road of ‘how do I feel about it?’ My job is to react and control my controllables and make sure that people are moving in one direction appropriately.”
McDaniel is looking to work with what he’s got, and seemingly any matters regarding roster construction hold no importance to him.
Miami’s mandatory minicamp began Tuesday and it’s been reported that Ramsey was a no-show — electing to stay away from the team until the situation is resolved.
The 30-year-old is a seven-time Pro Bowler, three-time All Pro selection and won the Super Bowl with the Rams in 2022.

The worst team in baseball since Friday the 13th of June caught a rare break when Tuesday night’s game versus the consistently feisty and perennially overachieving Brewers was postponed. The surprise cancellation spared the sagging Mets another potential loss, and for 18 more hours halted the worst kind of negative momentum an alleged playoff team could possibly have.
