Created as an ode to the beloved king of fruits, this seasonal feast brings together the bold flavours, heritage, and artistry of regional Indian cuisines.
Curated by Culinary Director Chef Surender Mohan, renowned for his refined interpretation of regional Indian cuisine, this menu celebrates the Alphonso Mango’s deep cultural significance in the subcontinent and its remarkable culinary versatility. Each dish draws inspiration from the regional flavours of India, unified by the golden hue and aromatic sweetness of the mango.
The menu offers a flavourful journey across the country, from the foothills of the north to the spice-laden shores of the south.
Start with a reimagined street-style classic — Chandni Chowk Ki Aloo Tikki, a crisp potato patty layered with vibrant flavours and a seasonal mango twist, a nostalgic nod to Delhi’s street fare. Travel south with a seafood special - the Meen Manga Curry, where tender sea bass is gently simmered in a spiced coconut broth, enriched with the tang of raw mango—a soulful tribute to Kerala’s coastal kitchens.
