Meteorology Department warns of strong wind and high sea offshore

Weather inshore until 6:00 pm on Saturday will be relatively hot daytime with chance of local clouds, the Department of Meteorology said in its daily report. Offshore it will be hazy with scattered clouds, and partly cloudy at times with chance of light rain at first, the report added, warning of strong wind and high sea. Wind inshore will be northwesterly - northeasterly 05 - 15 knot, while offshore, it will be northwesterly 08 - 18 knot, reaching 22 knot at times. Visibility will 4 to 8 km. Sea state inshore will be 3 to 5 feet, rises to 7 feet at times. Offshore it will be 3 to 5 feet, rises to 7 feet at times.
