Mel Gibson and screenwriter Rosalind Ross have called it quits after nine years together.
On Tuesday, the couple, who quietly split about a year ago, confirmed their separation in a joint statement to People.
“Although it’s sad to end this chapter in our lives, we are blessed with a beautiful son and will continue to be the best parents possible,” Gibson and Ross told the outlet.
