Doha: The Ministry of Communications and Information Technology (MCIT), through Qatar Digital Academy (QDA), announced the conclusion of the training programme ‘AI Business Strategy and Innovation’, which was organised in cooperation with Microsoft and the European Institute of Business Administration “INSEAD,” one of the world’s leading educational institutions. The programme was held at INSEAD’s campus in Fontainebleau, France, from May 12 to 14, 2025.
This programme comes as part of MCIT’s ongoing efforts to develop executive leadership within the government sector. It was designed to equip participants with a comprehensive strategic vision of the potential and applications of artificial intelligence (AI), and to empower them to leverage AI as an effective tool to foster innovation and enhance institutional performance.
Over three days, a group of senior government leaders participated in hands-on interactive sessions and practical workshops that explored the latest global trends in AI.
These sessions featured real-world case studies and inspiring experiences from various sectors, offering participants valuable insights into practical solutions and emerging technologies that can be harnessed to improve government service efficiency.
The programme also enabled participants to gain a deeper understanding of the challenges and opportunities AI presents in today’s evolving work environment—particularly amid the rapid shift toward a digital economy.
