Marine shooting course graduation celebrated

The Police Training Institute celebrated the graduation of the first marine shooting course, which came within the framework of implementing the training and development plan for the current year to prepare and qualify cadres of the Ministry of Interior (MoI). The course lasted for five weeks and aimed to raise the level of readiness of employees of the General Directorate of Coasts and Borders Security and to provide them with the necessary skills to deal with all security situations, the MoI said in a post on Twitter on Thursday. The course included field exercises and practical scenarios at sea, including live shooting and exercises to intercept wanted men through naval patrols. At the end of the ceremony, certificates were handed over to the participants.
