MADLSA grants employees judicial control officers' status

A number of employees of the Labor Inspection Department at the Ministry of Administrative Development, Labor and Social Affairs (MADLSA) have been granted the status of judicial control officers related to the implementation of the provisions of the Labor Law and the decisions implementing it.On this occasion, HE Minister of Administrative Development, Labor and Social Affairs Yousef bin Mohammed Al Othman Fakhro praised the role and importance of labor inspectors in implementing the provisions of the Labor Law to protect all parties, especially the employer and the worker.The Labor Inspection Department at the Ministry is specialized in monitoring the implementation of labor legislation and the general plan for labor inspection, carrying out periodic and sudden inspections of workplaces, to ensure the implementation of the Labor Law and the decisions implementing it, and to advise and guide employers on how to remove violations, in addition to issuing warnings and drafting and submitting records of violations to the competent authorities to take the necessary measures.The Labor Inspection Department also works to ensure that private institutions and establishments take the necessary precautions and requirements in accordance with the Labor Law and the decisions implementing it.
