A Long Island nurse was fatally stabbed by her ex-con boyfriend, who left her to die in the woods, police sources told The Post on Friday.
Sandra McIntosh, 46, had just finished her shift at 7:30 p.m. at Stony Brook University Hospital in Suffolk County on July 22 when ex Wayne Chambers, 49, picked her up in her car, according to sources and a report. Chambers — an ex-con who had served more than a decade in prison for a Bronx robbery — was supposed to then pick up his things from McIntosh’s house, the victim’s sister told the local ABC-TV affiliate.More Related News
