The share allotment for the initial public offering (IPO) of Laxmi Organic IPO is likely to be finalised on Monday. The Rs 600-crore public offering of the industrial chemicals manufacturer saw a good response from investors between March 15 and 17. The IPO was subscribed nearly 107 times during the offer period and was a major hit among investors. In the grey market, Laxmi Organic was reportedly trading at a premium of Rs 63. It may be noted that the price band of the IPO was fixed at Rs 129-130 per share. Besides the institutional investors, the segment reserved for qualified institutional buyers (QIBs) was subscribed over 175 times and over 217 times by non-institutional investors. Meanwhile, it was subscribed 20 times by retail individual investors.
