There comes a point when the blame game turns nasty. Bullying, even. In the age of social media, it’s amplified. And unfortunately, we’ve reached that point with Karl-Anthony Towns.
For much of Towns’ career, he’s been the easy target. You could blame Jimmy Butler, but it’s also the curse of being a nice guy.
Part of Towns’ personality is smiling a lot. God forbid. Draymond Green gets a national TV opportunity because he’s a jerk. Towns isn’t angry enough— so he’s soft.

Suddenly, someone had hit a rewind button and everyone had been transported back seven months.
