They’ll be back at 9 a.m. ET tomorrow to continue. • Notes from the jury: About an hour into their deliberations, the jury just sent a note saying they are concerned one of the jurors cannot follow the judge’s instructions. The judge sent a note back reminding jurors of their obligation to follow his instructions on the law. Another note at the end of the day indicated that they have a question for the judge. • The charges: Combs, 55, is charged with five counts — one count of racketeering conspiracy and two counts each of sex trafficking and transportation to engage in prostitution. In a note to the judge, the jurors asked that if a person asks for controlled substances and another person gives it to the requester, is the person who hands over the controlled substances considered to be distributing them.
