We may all know what Jennifer Love Hewitt and Sarah Michelle Gellar did last summer — but Hewitt just revealed something that many didn’t see coming.
In a Friday profile with Vulture, Hewitt addressed online speculation that there is drama between her and Gellar.
“I honestly don’t even know what that was or how that all came to be,” Hewitt said, adding that it’s unfair people tend to pit women against each other to fuel an unhealthy narrative. “Why do we always have to be against each other and out for each other?”
When asked if she’s run into the “Buffy The Vampire Slayer” actor to discuss the speculation, Hewitt responded by saying she hasn’t “seen” Gellar.
“Literally, we’ve not talked since I saw her at 18 years old when the first movie came out. That’s why it’s so funny to me,” she said, continuing to say that as far as she’s concerned, she and Gellar are “good.”
