JD Vance Rails About Viral Trend After Son Goes ‘Absolutely Nuts’ In Church
HuffPost
The vice president riffed on making a "narrow exception to the First Amendment."
JD Vance appears to be no fan of the viral “6-7” craze.
In a social media post on Tuesday, the vice president said his 5-year-old son, Vivek, “went absolutely nuts” at church when the Bible readings happened to fall on pages 66–67 of the missal.
The child repeated “‘six seven’ like 10 times,” Vance wrote.
“And now I think we need to make this narrow exception to the First Amendment and ban these numbers forever,” he said.
In a follow-up post, Vance asked of the trend, “Where did this even come from? I don’t understand it. When we were kids all of our viral trends at least had an origin story.”
