Jamie-Lynn Sigler just went through a “lifequake.”
The “Sopranos” actress, 43, posted about the term on her Instagram Story Monday after revealing that her 10-year-old son, Beau, was finally out of the hospital following a major health crisis.
Sigler shared author and keynote speaker Laura Dawn’s post that featured the definition for “lifequake.”
“A significant, sudden and unexpected shift in the trajectory of your life that initially feels devastating but has the beneficial outcome of catalyzing personal growth, transformation and rebirth,” it read.
Over the weekend, Sigler announced on Instagram that her son, who was diagnosed with acute disseminated encephalomyelitis (ADEM) and went through a “nightmare” experience in the ICU, left the hospital after a 33-day stay.
She shared a video of Beau walking down a hallway in the hospital as people lined up on both sides and cheered for him.
