Brown-Forman, the parent company of Tennessee distiller Jack Daniel's, renounced its radial 'woke' policy initiatives, in a letter sent by executives on Wednesday.
Brown-Forman, the parent company of the Tennessee distiller, "preemptively announced," Starbuck wrote, that it was renouncing a series of diversity, equity, inclusion (DEI) and left-leaning initiatives. Kerry J. Byrne is a lifestyle reporter with Fox News Digital.
Among them, he wrote, are these: "Ending participation in the (Human Rights Campaign’s) Corporate Equality Index social credit system; Executive + employee bonuses/goals are tied to business performance not DEI; An end to ‘quantitative workforce and supplier diversity ambitions’; Cutting woke trainings."
