Doha: HE Minister of Interior and Commander of the Internal Security Force (Lekhwiya) Sheikh Khalifa bin Hamad bin Khalifa Al-Thani visited the National Command Center (NCC) on Tuesday, accompanied by HE Director of the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) of the friendly United States of America, Kashyap Patel.

The FBI Director was briefed on the command-and-control systems and advanced technologies used in monitoring, analysis, and decision support, in addition to the center's role in managing events and crises.

The visit also included the Tournament Command Center (TCC) to learn about the operational capabilities and technologies adopted in managing and securing sporting events, thus enhancing preparedness for responding to major events.
