The initial public offering (IPO) for India Pesticides, an agrochemical manufacturing company, opened for subscription today. The public offering will be open for subscription till June 25. The price band for the public offering has been fixed at Rs 290-296 per equity share. The offer size of Rs 800 crore will include a fresh issue of Rs 100 crore and an offer for sale of Rs 700 crore. The proceeds from the IPO will be used by the company to fund working capital requirements and for general corporate purposes.
