HMC holds professional development courses for security wing leaders

The courses were aimed at developing skills and expertise of security staff in in their respective field to support them in meeting the needs of all patients, visitors, and staff.

Hamad Medical Corporation’s (HMC) Hospitality Department has recently held a number of professional development courses for Qatari leaders in the Corporation’s Security Department. The courses were aimed at developing skills and expertise of security staff in in their respective field to support them in meeting the needs of all patients, visitors, and staff. The courses, which were organized in collaboration with a Doha-based international training center, gathered 14 leaders from the Security Department. Several participants have passed multiple assessments and advanced to higher levels in the program while other participants will continue their development in the workplace.
