Gold, silver price today: Precious metal rates jump on MCX | Check latest rates here

After witnessing a marginal hike on Friday, prices of both gold and silver are again trading on the higher side on Monday. With a hike of Rs 77 or 0.16 per cent, gold futures maturing on August 5 stand at Rs 46,965 per 10 grams on the Multi Commodity Exchange (MCX). Meanwhile, rates of silver futures, maturing on July 5, are trading at Rs 68,014 per kg with an increase of Rs 246 or 0.36 per cent on June 28.
