GCC Secretary-General highlights importance of international organizations' participation in Yemen's development efforts

GCC Secretary-General Dr. Nayef Falah Mubarak Al Hajraf stressed Wednesday the importance of the participation of international organizations in supporting developmental and humanitarian aid efforts in Yemen. In a meeting with World Bank Vice President for Middle East and North Africa Ferid Belhaj, Al Hajraf expressed his appreciation of the World Bank's efforts in Yemen. He stressed the important role the World Bank will play in supporting stability in the country and regaining peace for its people. He also highlighted the importance of inter-Yemeni talks, hosted currently by the GCC which will conclude Thursday.
