French fries, Hummus and Chicken lead the way as the most popular orders in 2021 around the region, leading food and q-commerce delivery platform talabat has said.

Fruits and vegetables were the most ordered grocery items in Qatar, with many placing their last minute orders at around 8pm.

Coffee is also popular in the evenings, as talabat discovered many around the region tend to place their coffee orders at around 5pm.

Doha, Qatar is the second city, after Cairo, ordering the most burgers. Apple pies and Oreo ice cream reign supreme as the most popular desserts in the region.
