International fans arriving in Qatar to attend the FIFA Arab Cup matches can now call +974 4495 4380 to enquire anything related to the Ehteraz pre-registration platform, the SC said in a tweet.
The Supreme Committee for Delivery & Legacy (SC) has given information about a helpline for international fans arriving in Qatar for the FIFA Arab Cup.International fans arriving in Qatar to attend the FIFA Arab Cup matches can now call +974 4495 4380 to enquire anything related to the Ehteraz pre-registration platform, the SC said in a tweet.After completing the pre-registration process on Ehteraz and uploading all the necessary documents, fans will be provided with a request number that will allow them to follow up on the status of their registration whether it is pending, rejected or incomplete.They will also be provided with follow-up instructions to successfully complete their registration, if necessary.This will be done by directly liaising with the pre-registration management team for any outstanding approvals.
