Doha to host Milipol 2022: official

Doha will host the 14th edition of Milipol from May 24 to 26 next year, Major-General Nasser bin Fahd al-Thani, chairman of the Milipol Qatar Committee, said on Wednesday while addressing a press conference at the Doha Exhibition and Convention Centre. Speaking to Gulf Times, Milipol Events director Marie Lagrenee said the next edition will draw more exhibitors from across the world while covering more areas in the security sector. Lagrenee, who thanked Qatar for hosting the 13th edition, said she had a good time in the country while working with officials and exhibitors. “There were in total 241 official delegates this year,” she said, adding that Doha has better chances in the global market and Milipol can help the city further explore the market while hosting the next edition.
