Doha Bank announces Al Dana 2020 winner of QR2.5mn

Doha Bank has announced the winner of the final Al Dana 2020 draw. The grand prize of QR2.5mn, described as the biggest cash prize in the country, was won by D Mehmood while A A al-Thani claimed the Al Dana monthly prize of QR100,000. At an event at the bank headquarters, Al Dana weekly prizes of QR10,000 were won by Y A A M Alsharshani, S A J al-Saffar, S G Pillai and J K J al-Thani. Special segment prizes were also distributed among Al Dana Young savers, Al Dana Ladies and Al Dana Senior citizens. Each segment received two prizes of QR10,000 each. Finally, 31 additional customers bagged Al Dana daily prize of QR5,000 each. This final draw concluded another successful year for Doha Bank’s unique Al Dana Savings Scheme by giving away over QR8.29mn in cash prizes for over 457 lucky winners. Commenting on the occasion Braik al-Marri, chief retail banking officer, said: “Doha Bank Congratulates all the lucky winners during the past 12-months.
