Deputy Speaker of Shura Council meets Swedish official

HE Deputy Speaker of the Shura Council Dr. Hamda bint Hassan Al Sulaiti, who is visiting the Kingdom of Sweden, met with Director-General for Legal Affairs of the Swedish Ministry of Foreign Affairs Carl Magnus Nesser. During the meeting, they reviewed bilateral relations between the State of Qatar and the Kingdom of Sweden, especially those related to enhancing parliamentarian cooperation between the two friendly countries. The meeting comes within the framework of HE Deputy Speaker of Shura Council's visit to the Kingdom of Sweden, accompanied by several members of the council, at the invitation of the Swedish Parliament, to get briefed on the experience of the Swedish Parliament, strengthen joint relations of cooperation with the Shura Council, and exchange expertise and experiences in various fields of parliamentary work.
