The Delhi High Court has issued a notice to Google India Digital Services Pvt Ltd after a petition claimed that it was giving unauthorised access of users' data to third-party platforms.
The Delhi High Court has issued a notice to technology giant Google after a petition claimed that Aadhaar information of Google Pay users was being misused.
The petitioner, Abhijit Mishra, claimed that Google's digital payment arm gave unauthorised access to personal data including Aadhaar details of users. Mishra said Google Pay is giving third-party platforms unauthorised access to the personal data of users.
