“Daily Show” correspondent Josh Johnson on Thursday revealed how Jeffrey Epstein’s emails mentioning Donald Trump puts their “frenemy-ship” on full display.
Johnson — after highlighting news coverage of Epstein calling Trump “borderline insane,” “fucking crazy” and “worse in real life and upclose” in the emails — turned to Epstein sharing an “embarrassing” story about the future president in an exchange with a New York Times reporter in 2015.
“ask my houseman about [Donald] almost walking through the door leaving his nose print on the glass as young women were swimming in the pool and he was so focused he walked straight into the door,” Epstein wrote.
Johnson — after a seconds-long pause — chimed in.
“There is no way this dude is Looney Tunes-level horny. There’s normal-level perv and then there’s Kool-Aid Man-level perv,” quipped Johnson before imitating the drink mix brand’s wall-breaking mascot.
The "Tonight Show" host reminded the audience that he was just being "topical."
