CM Revanth and Adobe CEO explore transforming Telangana into a manufacturing hub while addressing AI's impact on jobs and skills.
The impact of Artificial Intelligence (AI) on jobs, skilling and reskilling, turning Telangana into a hub of manufacturing were discussed when Adobe’s CEO and Telangana Rising-2047 Vision board member Shantanu Narayen met with Telangana Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy in Hyderabad on Wednesday (February 25, 2026).
Mr. Narayen discussed the measures that the government has to take towards global trends and opportunities. The Chief Minister opined that some initiatives have to be taken to attract key companies to position Telangana as a manufacturing powerhouse. They also discussed the impact of the AI revolution on the economy, efficiently using technology and green energy.
A few days ago, the Chief Minister at India AI Summit in New Delhi proposed a national level assessment of job displacement due to AI, along with massive investments in skilling and reskilling.
