
‘Chefs of Qatar’ a platform for restaurants to reinvent: Hotelier

Doha: The Chefs of Qatar Virtual Food Festival requires restaurants to reinvent their menu offerings in light of the pandemic Shane Douglas, Director of Sales & Marketing, Park Hyatt Doha, told The Peninsula.
The festival, launched by the Qatar National Tourism Council (QNTC) in collaboration with talabat and Qatar Airways, will conclude on May 12. The initiative showcases Qatar’s best restaurants and 19 chefs, including two Qatari chefs. “It exposes restaurants to a potential new customer base with the potential to create a new word of mouth demand. It also forces restaurants to possibly rethink and reinvent their product offering to suit the new normal,” Douglas said.More Related News
