Poonawalla Breeders’ Multi-Million

Trainer Malesh Narredu’s ward Big Bay, ridden by Suraj Narredu, won the Poonawalla Breeders’ Multi-Million, the main attraction of Sunday’s (Feb. 23) races here. The winner is owned by Mr. Balam Mohla, Mrs. Rashmee A. Amersey rep. So Blest Trading Co. Pvt. Ltd., Mr. Sanjay Punamchand Kothari, Mr. Anil Saraf, Mrs. B.E. Saldanha, Mr. Jehangir Mehta & Mrs. Homi Mehta.

Suraj confidently positioned Big Bay, the son of Speaking of Which out of Clementi, in second place behind the early leader, Miracle Star, as the field navigated the course. As they entered the home stretch, Suraj urged his steed forward and the colt responded with a powerful surge, taking command in the straight, to secure a decisive victory.

The win also helped Suraj achieve a remarkable hat-trick in this prestigious event.
