Ashok Leyland declares second interim dividend of ₹4.25 per share, reinforcing commitment to enhancing shareholder value.
Ashok Leyland Limited, of the Hinduja Group has announced that its Board of Directors, at a meeting held on Friday declared a Second Interim Dividend of ₹4.25 per equity share of face value ₹1 , for the financial year ended March 31, 2025.
In all, the company has announced so far for FY25 a total interim dividend of 625% ie., ₹6.25 per share on a face value of ₹1.
“This dividend decision reflects the company’s strong operational performance and robust financial position. This also reinforces Ashok Leyland’s ongoing commitment to enhancing shareholder value and returns,” the company said in a statement.
The second interim dividend will be paid to eligible shareholders on or before June 14, 2025, the company said.
