Ashghal begins tree planting project at Al-Manaseer

The planting of trees has commenced in zone-2 of the development project in West Muaither Al-Manaseer, Package 2 Project, the The Public Works Authority (Ashghal) tweeted Sunday.   The works will continue until the end of October to plant 45 trees, setup 646 sqm of green area, along with irrigation lines, Ashghal said. Ashghal aims to develop 7,537 sqm of green areas, plant 450 trees, lay 56 km of shared pedestrian and cycle paths, in addition to 22 km of roads, 6.3km of irrigation lines and 61.5 km of stormwater lines, with the completion of the project.
