Ariana Grande isn’t holding space for this particular rumor.
The singer responded to claims that she isn’t planning to make music anymore, simply because she’s more focused on acting at the moment.
“Very silly of you all to assume that just because I have my hands full with many things that I plan to abandon singing & music … !!!” Grande wrote in an Instagram post on Wednesday, alongside a video of her performing at the Met Gala in 2024.
“It is and has always been my lifeline,” she said, adding that “there will need to be room made for all of it.”
“It may not look exactly like it did before but I much prefer how it looks in my head. I am having fun. I feel grateful and excited and inspired,” the “Wicked” star added.
