Apple given fourth Dutch fine in App Store dispute

The Dutch antitrust watchdog on Monday, its fourth such fine for failing to allow software application makers in the Netherlands to use non-Apple payment methods for dating apps on the App Store.

The Authority for Consumers and Markets (ACM) has been levying weekly fines of 5 million euros on Apple since the company missed a January 15 deadline to make changes ordered by the watchdog.

India’s trade data for November reveals continued resilience in exports despite mounting U.S. tariffs on several key products. This is particularly significant given that the U.S. remains India’s largest export partner by a substantial margin. Interestingly, overall exports have not only grown, but shipments specifically to the U.S. have also rebounded.
