Amir to participate in the St Petersburg International Economic Forum tomorrow

His Highness the Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad al-Thani

H H the Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani will participate in the Saint Petersburg International Economic Forum ( SPIEF 2021) tomorrow, Friday, along with the Russian President Vladimir Putin and a number of heads of states and heads of government. The Amir will deliver a speech virtually in the main session of the forum, dealing with the partnership between Qatar and Russia in various fields, especially in the economy and investment, in addition to His Highness' vision for international cooperation in the post-pandemic (Covid-19) economy, and ways to overcome its effects. His Highness will also participate with the Russian President and Austrian Chancellor Sebastian Kurz in the forum's discussion session. The forum, which will be held during June 2-5, 2021 in Saint Petersburg, will be attended by a number ministers, senior political and economic officials, experts and heads of companies from Qatar, Russia and the world.
