Amir participates in St.Petersburg International Economic Forum

His Highness the Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad al-Thani on Friday delivered a speech via video conference in the main session of St. Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF 2021), along with President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin, and a number of heads of state and governments. The forum deals with the partnership between Qatar and Russia in various fields, especially in the economy and investment sectors, in addition to the Amir's vision of the international cooperation in the post-pandemic (Covid-19) economy, and ways to overcome its effects. The forum, which is being held during June 2-5, 2021 in Saint Petersburg, is being attended by a number of ministers, senior political and economic officials, experts and heads of companies from Qatar, Russia and the world.
