Amir meets US Congress delegation

Doha: The Amir HH Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani met at Sheikh Abdullah Bin Jassim Majlis at the Amiri Diwan on Thursday morning with a delegation of members of the US Congress, which includes Democratic Representative for California Luis Correa, Democratic Representative for Arizona Ruben Gallego, Democratic Representative for California Eric Swalwell, Democratic Representative for California Sara Jacob, and Republican Representative for Michigan Lisa McClain, on the occasion of their visit to the country.

During the meeting, they reviewed strategic cooperation relations between the State of Qatar and the United States of America and the prospects for strengthening and developing them. They also exchanged views on regional and international developments of common concern.
