His Highness the Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani met on Monday morning at Sheikh Abdullah bin Jassim Majlis at the Amiri Diwan with the Deputy Minister of Defense of the sisterly Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Prince Khalid bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al-Saud and the accompanying delegation, on the occasion of his visit to the country. At the outset of the meeting, Prince Khalid conveyed the greetings of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al-Saud of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Crown Prince, Deputy Prime Minister, and Minister of Defense of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al-Saud to His Highness the Amir and their wishes of good health and happiness to His Highness and further progress and prosperity to the Qatari people. For his part, His Highness the Amir entrusted Prince Khalid bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al-Saud with his greetings to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al-Saud and Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al-Saud and his wishes of good health and wellness to them and further progress and development to the Saudi people. During the meeting, they reviewed the solid fraternal relations between the two countries and prospects for their development.
